API Status Push allows a client application to receive information about the status of the company's mobile telephones so that the application user always knows whether an employee is busy or available on their telephone.
API Status Push is a supplementary product to Mobilt Bedriftsnett from Telenor.
API Status Push can be used in many different applications, for example switchboard, web applications, customer relation management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and unified communication (UC) applications.
